So I’ve been working for NTW for just over a month now and time has flown!
Last Tuesday I got to experience my first Word4Word TEAM night at Gwdihu bar to get a feel for what TEAM is all about. I’m not really sure what I expected to happen, but I was pleasantly surprised.
The place was packed with a lot of talented bubbly personalities and Maeve Scullion who presented the evening certainly kept myself and the crowd entertained from the start. I liked how every Word4Word night…

On Monday I travelled down to Bristol too check out a event in the Bristol Old Vic called blahblahblah. It’s a spoken word/poetry night hosted by Byron Vincent and it had some great names there. Each poet seemed to have their own style of writing and performing. This was evident in how quickly the night went in a hot sweaty basement, every new performer brought something new and fresh to the night.

Its been a week since I came back from the Edinburgh Fringe and I've felt like I needed this time to contemplate and get my head back in order. Being at the fringe is like being in a little bubble for the time that you are there.
