We are all inclusive and want people from all backgrounds, regardless of age, race, religion, ethnicity, gender, physical mobility, sexuality etc.
As a new company we will…

We are pooped.
Got into rehearsals this morning and there was no rest for the wicked, jumped straight in to our first full blocked piece where we added and played around with the choreography to make the jumps bigger and more physically demanding. Everyone is talking about what will happen next and how we will top…

GET YOUR CLOTHES OFF!!!
After a successful sandwich it was back to the Frantic NYTW rehearsal room. One group carried on with some ‘Crazy Dance Madness’ while the other had an ‘Emotional Thought Provoking Sit Down’.
We then moved on to one of the day’s main events – Taking Clothes off Each Other (or just one lucky soul). It wasn’t as easy as you might think –…

Hey All,
I wanted to firstly say a massive thank you to all who came to the event in Creative Bubble Swansea last night and to NTWTEAM for your continued support. Was great to see some new faces too!!
This SOTS was a little different to how we have done them in the past. Writers attended a workshop on Monday the 2nd where we looked at ways of transforming bits of overheard conversations into interesting theatrical masterpieces. The writers were sent out onto the streets…

Rain of blood went very well. A couple of empty seats at the Friday performance, and sold out on Saturday. There are some photographs from the show on Castaway's website, so you can see what you missed.

This Sunday you can catch a performance of my play Cages, at Burdall's Yard, Bath at 7.00pm. Directed by Nerys Rees, and co-produced by Tom Wentworth, Cages is a short play about three women in a hospital waiting room. They’ve never met but they’re all trapped by the same prognosis. How each woman copes is very different, yet somehow their reactions are ruled by the men in their lives.

I want to thank the folk who came to our rescue. You may remember that we were trying to make a short film and I called for volunteer actors. Well, the film is being cut together as I write and the heroes of the hour were Josh Walker, Keren Schlink and Ellen Morris who came along and saved the day. Thanks to them all.

In August 2012 I was awarded a doctoral studentship, financed by the AHRC Arts and Humanities Research Council for a collaborative PhD with Aberystwyth University and Chapter Arts Centre. The research is focused on what strategies Chapter employed to…
