Taking Flight Theatre are recruiting for a Stage Manager for their Spring tour of You've Got Dragons.

This is a technical show and tours a self contained lighting rig and uses captions which are run via Qlab.

Well, we have just finished our first 4 days of rehearsals in the woods down at The Stackpole Centre in Pembrokeshire. The cast assembled in Cardiff on Monday for some fantastic training with Maggie from Disability Arts Cymru (thank you so much, Maggie!)

Already, the performance is starting to take vague shape, and yesterday we "staggered through" Act I... amazing!! The cast are reaching new heights already and the music is sounding beautiful. There is something so much more moving…

Can't believe we only have 3 days to go... I think it is going to all come out in the wash (yesterday was scared!), but we have ALL worked really hard.. actors, director, Tilly (the company baby who has put up with a lot of screeching and shouting... and of course the brilliant Rowan who has written all our fantastic music and the "Gwion and the Witch" song... so look at this as an experiment.
