Artist* of the Day

As part of my Artist* of the Day we looked to get hands-on and collaborate in the creation of a large-scale typographic illustration. Using the poetry of Hassan Panero and referencing traditional Somali hand-painted signage – the artwork looked to promote the culture, spirit and community engagement that is a key element of #NTW23 De Gabay. Painted live in the National Theatre Wales Castle Arcade 'shop-window' throughout the day……
