The last Feel Good of 2016 and as I write this and reflect over the year we've had (and what a year it's been) I write this with excitement for what the future holds not just for me but for each and every one of you.
We don't know what the future holds and that's exciting because it's our duty to mould it into the future we want for ourselves.
Dreams, ambitions, goals they are all the building blocks of success. Your own success. If it's one thing that I want you… Continue

For my penultimate Feel Good I've chosen to do it a bit didferent and post it later as it's my final one before Christmas and many people will be on thier way home tonight so I thought they could read it this evening.
Well we're here. Christmas time. And what better than to be around loved ones during the festive period. Christmas dinners, presents, mistletoe too but amongst all that I feel there is a greater message. It's not about the amount of presents you have, or how much it all costs… Continue

With Christmas a week away and the new year approaching us we are almost saying goodbye to 2016 and what a bizarre year we've had.
And not long now you'll all be making your New Years resolutions.
And as we go into Christmas and new year there will be people who want to ruin your plans and dampen your dreams but to that I simply say .. keep trying!
I can't change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination - Jimmy… Continue

What a year 2016 has been and it's only 3 weeks of it left!
Christmas will be here tomorrow and we'll be toasting in the new year straight after.
A lot has happened this year and in some cases it has made us anxious for the future.
But who knows what the future will hold.

To start off this weeks Feel Good I want to take a moment to reflect and remember players and staff of the Brazilian football team - Chapecoense who tragically lost their lives this week in a plane crash.
It really drums home how short life can be and how precious life can be.
With that in mind it really highlighted how your dreams and ambitions can forge your path in life. Can help make you who you are meant to be. Because who knows what may happen in the future so why not live… Continue

As we go through life we are faced with many challenges but equally we will have many triumphs.
We are all unique and powerful because simply put we have the ability to make our own decisions and follow our own paths.
That's why this week I want to put a big emphasis on individuality.
You are the designer of your destiny; you are the author of your story.” — Lisa Nichols
Simply put YOU are the one who holds the power in your lives. You are… Continue

It's funny how a few days away can really kick start your batteries espeacially When the world feels like an apocalypse could happen any minute now.
i went to land where dreams are made a.k.a Disneyland and I really saw and felt that it doesn't matter what age you are, Disney is universal. It's for everyone. And why might you ask? It's because it's so magical and so uplifting you truly believe anything is possible.

Do we play everything in life safe?
Or do we take risks?
Are we partial to take the easy route or to dig down and get stuck in?
I think that to achieve success and follow our dreams we set out, we have to take risks.
It's as simple as that.

Throughout life we are going to make mistakes. It's inevitable. As I always say.. we are human after… Continue

The theme of this weeks Feel Good is belief.
Belief is such a powerful attribute to have and can hugely help throughout life as we embark on this crazy journey.
Self belief, believing in others, having others believe in you. It all helps!
Dreams and success doesn't happen overnight as I have previously said. It takes hard work and determination but also self belief. You have to believe you can accomplish what you set out to do otherwise what is the… Continue

Whoever said that doing what you want to do was easy? NO-ONE
Because to follow ones dreams, and to succeed in what you wish to do is not easy. It takes hard work, determination and a lot more.
Are these things achievable? I believe them to be.
As I always say all you need is belief. Belief in yourself and you're half way there.

This week for me is fairly simple.
Another year has passed and another birthday gone. Time goes by so quickly.
My sister would've been 26 this week just gone but she passed away at 3 months old.
And whilst I don't speak that much about her, the message and quote I found this week is clear as day!
"Life is short, and it’s up to you to make it sweet.” – Sadie Delany
Life is indeed short. Wether you live 3 months or 90 years. In… Continue

A lot can happen in one week
Let alone one month, or one year.
Time cannot be reversed. It only goes forward. Minute by minute, day by day.
The reason I mention this is because you may think you can't achieve much in such a small amount of time. I disagree!
You can change the world in a week with passion, desire and determination.
You may be disappointed if you fail, but you are doomed if you don’t try. –Beverly… Continue

This week following on from last weeks blog about dreams I have been lucky enough to have Paralympian and Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson give me a quote that has inspired her since she was little. The quote is her motto and it was given to her by her grandad.
'Aim high even if you hit a cabbage' - Tanni Grey-Thompson
Now she has no idea where it came from but he always used to tell her never be afraid to try.
Myself, I got from the… Continue

As we go through our lives day by day a lot can happen and pass us by. lately I've got into a habit of reflecting on what I've done. Time is short and although 80 - 90 years may seem like a lifetime when I think that the universe is billions of years old, a lifetime will pass us by.

Where are we going to be in ten years time? Twenty years time? No one knows as no one can tell us or predict where we are going to be, what we will be doing. The path of uncertainty awaits us all but surely that's half the fun! Chasing down success and following your dreams and ambitions can lead you anywhere and everywhere

This weeks Feel Good is on the theme of mistakes.
Now bare with me as it's not as glum as it sounds.
As we go through life it's inevitable that we will make mistakes along the way. We are human after all.
We all have inspirations in our life. People we look up to. But even they made mistakes along the way.
In honour of one of the biggest inspirations in my life, this week I've chosen a quote from one of her biggest inspirations. The Queen… Continue

There's over six billion people in this world
Six billion different stories, six billion different lives
Each and every one unique and each and every one on their own individual path. Where will that path lead? Many of us have no clue but that's half the fun right? ... The unexpected.

Jerome Silberman or Gene Wilder as he was professionally known as captured many hearts with those words, that song and that performance of Willy Wonka. He will forever be remembered as the famous chocolate factory owner to many and although 2016 has struck again I think it's fitting to remember him in a Feel Good as Mr Wilder I'm sure, had his share of challenges throughout his life.
“Well, you… Continue

There's something really giddy about finding old things you had as a child and it bringing back memories of your childhood.
I had that feeling this week when I found my old power ranger egg cup. The dreams of being the white ranger came flooding back and I now have refound my aim and ambition of becoming the white power ranger. (Go Go Power Rangers)
The point I'm making is that we all have dreams, some made when we are younger and more juvenile, some more crazy than others but each… Continue
