Competition for budding film makers aged 11-25
The Filter, in partnership with The Deborah Hutton Campaign, are running a short film competition called Cut Films.
Anyone in Wales aged 11-25 can enter by making a short film or advert (between 30 seconds and 2 minutes in length) persuading their friends and peers not to smoke.
Films can be on any topic, and made with anything from a phone…
