Rehearsals start

Due to the weather and an event at the labour club I have to reschedule the day so two actors can go to the labour club in the morning instead of this afternoon. It's a split up day with three spaces being used so a complicated day

Schedule all sorted, everyone is sent to their different spaces for the morning and told to reconvene at 14:00 after their lunch break

Throughout rehearsals I'm taking notes to pass onto the production team departments.

Lunch – Buy some fruit and cake

Full Company is back and we have a presentation from Leah (Artist in residence) explaining her project and processes – very beautiful!

Everyone is split up again. I stay in the main rehearsal room but check in to the other rooms when they need to move around.

Update the rehearsal schedule

Edit the script and lyrics from the last reprint we had done and update the paper copy.

Update the trolley transition list

Start a costume change list

Start rehearsal report notes

Programme cast images need to be approved so these are shown to the actors to check that their name is correct and they like their photograph

Some cast members are released while the sessions move around.

The schedule for Saturday changes so I inform the stage management team and any cast members

Rehearsals end

Run in the rain to the train with John

Finish the call sheet and send out to the actors via email/text message

Finish rehearsal report and send out with call sheet to all NTW staff and production team members.

Answer any outstanding emails
