Artists invited to help make a SPLASH!

BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL: SEE OUR WEBSITE FOR DETAILS

On 22nd March 2015, artists connected to Borth, Tal-y-bont and the surrounding area are invited to attend a one day event at the Centre for Alternative Technology. Places are limited to 40 and booking is essential.

The aims of this event are:

- to introduce Hydrocitizenship and the Cymerau project to artists living and working in and around Borth and Tal-y-bont.

- to provide artists with the opportunity to share their views on anything related to the project themes (eg. water, community, arts participation).

- to share some of the findings from our early conversations with local community members with the intention of generating ideas and identifying avenues of interest.

- to introduce artists to our planned year of activity - The Cymerau Water Map - and to provide them with necessary information to support any creative proposals that they may then choose to submit individually or collaboratively in order to access funds of between £250 and £6,000 per season (see our Water Map page for more details).

The deadline for stage one applications is midnight Monday April 13th. We recommend attending the day event at the Centre for Alternative Technology although this is not essential.
