Last night, a walk across Barmouth railway bridge yiedled this stunning 'red sky at night' view. Earlier there was rain and rainbows, but today, for Monday of this intensive rehearsal week, with all of the participating artists working in nooks and crannies throughout this seaside town, the sun obliged. Marc's plan for his 'performance tour' of the town is a wonder to listen to, with semaphore, French sailors, fruit stands, Rita Hayworth, lilo ballets, laundry installations and so much more. Sad to be leaving them all to it tomorrow and driving back to Cardiff (yes I'm really driving now - with four substantial trips between Barmouth, Builth Wells and Cardiff in the last few days - cyclists beware!) Looking forward to returning to Barmouth and its balmy army of performers next week...

Good to have met you yesterday. Still translating French at this time for Gareth. Your choice of Marc + team will reap great dividends for National Theatre Wales in Gwynedd. Barmouth is a great place and your selection of location will prove an historical event - we , as you well know, only 2,400 in population. See you next week.
