Hi, I'm Ben Hall and I've been on work placement with Branches within Connah's Quay. I've been on the placement for over 2 weeks now and its been fantastic. Within the first day of my placement I was walking around the woods dressed up as the Hulk, walking along the path of the performance.

 Within the next few days, I had watched the performance over and over, giving me a good idea of what the performance was about and the ideas that were behind the performance. While on this placement, I have not had much of a backstage role, within the first week, I helped with the carrying of the props along the rute ready for the actors to use. I also helped promote the show within a photo with the mayor, with other members of the cast, dressed within costume (I dressed up as a smurf) 

Recently, the community performers arrived within the woods. This means quick rehearsals with them to gain an idea of what movement is needed from them within the performance. Also a visit to costume to give us any costumes, and make any alterations to them before the show.

Now its time for the show.
