Rhod 2012 Rehearsals:2 site visits to Melin Glonc and a weekly rehearsal details TBC based on dancer availability

I am looking for approximately 12 dancers (male & female), who are confident in responding to external stimuli through movement. Although there is no funding for wages, expenses can be covered, within reason.

For Rhod 2012 I wish to choreograph a dance that will take place in a particular space on site at Melin Glonc (shown below). A series of solos, duets and trios will be allocated particular areas and will dance in relation to the architecture of the space. The work created for this venue will possibly also form part of Arts Care/ Gofal Celf’s D12 Festival in Milford Haven.

Don’t miss this! ‘No petrol for 12 miles’: Ed Thomas’s thought-provoking & deeply moving installation on the mountainside at Penwyllt (Upper Swansea Valley) exploring cultural loss & memory. Brilliant stuff. @JHAFCymru @NTWtweets @royalcourtpic.twitter.com/1XAs1T1IaQ
