CASTING CALL

Light Ladd & Emberton (Deborah Light, Eddie Ladd and Gwyn Emberton) are looking for one person who could be:

- An actor/ actress
- A dancer/ physical performer able to do voice/ speaking work
- Someone who works with their voice (eg MC/ compere/ comedian); or
- Someone who is used to calling twmpath/ ceilidh.
We need someone at very late availability for a show coming up, from next week, 10 July till 4 August. Must be fluent bilingually - yn Gymraeg and in English. 
It's 4 wks at £500 pw and we would pay travel, and accommodate you with the other cast/ crew as needed.

THE SHOW
The show is based on the story of Owain Glyndwr and using Silent Disco tech, and done by Light Ladd & Emberton for Gwynedd Council and partners on behalf of Visit Wales. It'll be a devised piece, scripted and directed by Eddie and Gwyn with cast, and done in English and yn Gymraeg. 
A week's rehearsal in Cardiff and a week in north Wales, and then touring to four locations for shows at CADW castles in Harlech, Beaumaris, Conwy and Caernarfon.
Cardiff rehearsals 10-16 July
Bangor rehearsals 17-26 July - TBC days off or exact times per day yet. Once in Bangor, we will also arrange to do site visits to each castle site probably with all crew, performers, etc and that might need to be evenings after public gone

Beaumaris - 26 July evening rehearsal on site and 27-28 evening shows
Conwy - 29 evening reh on site and 30 evening shows
Harlech - 31 July evening reh on site and 1 Aug evening shows
Caernarfon - 2 Aug evening reh on site and 3 Aug evening shows

There could be the odd afternoon or morning here or there once in the flow of shows to do re-rehearsals, notes, etc. TBC. And shows are twice a night, approx. 45mins per show at 6.30pm and 8pm
