Fel rhan o’n datblygiad parhaus, rydym yn awr yn chwilio am Swyddog Gweithredol Marchnata Llawrydd i weithio gyda ni ar sail cyfnod penodol i wella ein dull marchnata, gyda ffocws penodol ar ein perfformiadau cyhoeddus yn ystod Gorffennaf ac Awst, ein sianeli cyfryngau cymdeithasol a chyfathrebiadau’n gysylltiedig â’r cylch nesaf o glyweliadau ar gyfer 2020. Trwy weithio gyda ni, byddwch yn ein helpu i newid y dirwedd ar gyfer pobl ifanc yng Nghymru, yn enwedig i’r rheini sy’n ymuno â’n hensembles cenedlaethol, yn ogystal â’n helpu i ddatgloi cyfleoedd i eraill brofi’r hyn sydd gan GCIC i’w gynnig. Mae can GCIC Strategaeth Cyfathrebiadau, sydd ar gael ar gais, ac un elfen o’ch rôl fydd helpu i drosglwyddo ymateb gweithredol i’r strategaeth hon.

Mae tîm CCIC yn un bychan, hyblyg fydd yn cynyddu ar adegau allweddol i gynnwys staff llawrydd fydd yn darparu cefnogaeth ychwanegol ym meysydd trosglwyddo artistig, lles a thechnegol. Bydd y Swyddog Gweithredol Marchnata Llawrydd yn berson sy’n gweithio’n dda fel rhan o dîm staff bychan ond effeithiol tra hefyd yn gallu gweithio ar ei liwt ei hun, gan ragweld heriau a chynnig datrysiadau effeithlon.

Mae hwn yn benodiad cyfnod penodol am gyfnod o 5 mis (rhagwelir mai’r cyfnod fydd Mehefin - Hydref 2019) a thelir £200 y diwrnod, dau ddiwrnod yr wythnos. Mae hyn gyfwerth ag 16 awr yr wythnos ac rydym yn fodlon bod yn hyblyg ynghylch y dyddiau a weithir, yn ddibynnol ar flaenoriaethau CCIC. Join the team at National Youth Arts Wales!

As part of our continued development, we are now seeking a freelance Marketing Executive with us on a fixed term basis to improve our marketing approach with a particular focus on our public performances in July and August, our social media channels and communication around the next stage of auditions for 2020. By working with us, you will help us in changing the landscape for young people in Wales particularly for those who join our national ensembles, as well as helping us unlock opportunities for others to experience what NYAW has to offer. NYAW has a Communications Strategy which is available on request and part of your role will be to help deliver an operational response to the strategy.

The NYAW team is small and flexible, expanding at key periods with freelance staff who provide additional support in areas of artistic delivery, welfare and technical. The Freelance Marketing Executive will be someone who works well as part of a small but effective staff team while being equally able to work on their own initiative, anticipating challenges and providing effective solutions.

This is a fixed term appointment for a period of 5 months (anticipated period June – October 2019) and is payable at £200 per day, two days per week. This is the equivalent of 16 hours per week and we are happy to be flexible with the days worked depending on NYAW priorities. Your office base will be the NYAW offices at Wales Millennium Centre. Your work will support the team at NYAW and will be overseen by the CEO.
