RECRIWTIO AELODAU I’R BWRDD

Mae Ffilm Cymru Wales yn edrych am aelodau ychwanegol i’r Bwrdd i hybu gwaith y corff datblygu sector entrepreneuraidd ac effeithiol hwn. Dylai’r ymgeiswyr rannu angerdd am sector ffilm yng Nghymru sy’n gynhwysol, yn barod i dyfu ac yn darparu gwerth cymdeithasol, diwylliannol ac addysgol ledled Cymru. Bydd y dyddiadau cychwyn yn digwydd yn raddol drwy gydol y flwyddyn ac mae gennym ddiddordeb penodol i glywed gan ymgeiswyr sydd â phrofiad ar lefel uchel yn y meysydd canlynol:

 

  • Busnes: yn cynnig profiad busnes a all gefnogi esblygiad Ffilm Cymru a chynnig dealltwriaeth o’r sector mewn perthynas ag adeiladu gwytnwch a’r potensial i dyfu;
  • Dealltwriaeth o’r farchnad: yn cynnig profiad o werthiant, dosbarthu a/neu ddatblygu’r farchnad;
  • Datblygu sgiliau’r sector: yn cynnig dealltwriaeth sylweddol o’r dirwedd sgiliau, hyfforddiant ac addysg, a ffyrdd i wella llwybrau, gallu’r sector a chynhwysiant cymdeithasol;
  • Datblygu polisi’r sector creadigol: yn cynnig dealltwriaeth ar lefel ddatganoledig, y DU a rhyngwladol, ac a all gyfarwyddo gwaith datblygu polisi ac eiriolaeth yn barhaus.

RECRUITMENT OF BOARD MEMBERS

 

Ffilm Cymru Wales is seeking additional Board members to further the work of this entrepreneurial and impactful sector development body. Applicants should share a passion for a Welsh film sector that is inclusive, fit for growth and provides social, cultural and educational value across Wales. We will be staggering appointment start-dates across the year and are particularly interested to hear from candidates with high-level experience in the following areas:

 

  • Business: offering business experience that can support Ffilm Cymru’s evolution and offer sectoral insights in building resilience and growth potential;
  • Market Insight: offering sales, distribution and/or market development experience;
  • Sector Skills Development: offering significant understanding of the skills, training and education landscape, and routes to improving pathways, sector capacity and social inclusion;
  • Creative Sector Policy Development: offering insights at devolved, UK and international level that can inform on-going policy development and advocacy.
