Desperately seeking...?

As part of an upcoming street art project, I'm looking for someone to compere a panel event that will act as the launch for the work. 
We want panel members to think aloud and discuss about the street arts/ graffiti scenes in Bristol and Swansea and Cardiff and why they're all so different from each other, what the histories of the artforms in those places are, and so on. There'll be Cardiff's leading graffiti artist and one of the directors of Upfest in Bristol (Europe's largest live street arts festival), amongst others.
As the panel is all men at the moment (!) my ideal would be amazing woman who could host that panel and facilitate it - someone who is smart and savvy and interested/ interesting, with some background in cultural or arts matters, plus preferably from Cardiff/ S Wales. So who's out there that I should know about to ask? All ideas welcome.
