Direct with Peculiar Productions in 2020!

Peculiar Productions is accepting pitches from those interested in directing with us in 2020!

From acting to set, costume and technical, there’s a wide range of talents and a lot of enthusiasm across our membership. If you’d like to get stuck in and work with us to bring a show to the stage next year, get in touch by with us for more information.

We’re happy to accept first-time directors; your enthusiasm is what matters!

The deadline for written pitches is 12th of May, followed up by a meeting to discuss your pitch shortly after. If you're interested in pitching, contact us at info@peculiarproductions.co.uk for more information.

About us:

We’re a new Cardiff-based amateur theatre company with a love of all things peculiar, humorous and fantastic. We aim to produce two large shows or projects a year, and we generally try to make one of those an adaptation of a work by Terry Pratchett. All our members are volunteers, and the proceeds of these large projects are donated to a chosen charity, which we announce alongside each production or project.

We were set up in 2018, and have produced two shows so far: Terry Pratchett’s ‘Men at Arms’ at The Gate Arts Centre, Cardiff, and Tom Stoppard’s ‘Arcadia’ at the Paget Rooms, Penarth.

Find out more about us at peculiarproductions.co.uk.

Please note: we are an amateur company; this is not a paid role.
