Before I start this week can I just say... Where has this week gone? Friday is here already and it seems like yesterday that I wrote my first 'feel good' (it was a whole 7 days ago :O)
Time needs to slow right down. I think my love and desire for a type 40 TARDIS has never been more needed than right now!

As I look back over the week and look forward to the next I have been looking for the right quote to sum up a feel good and I stumbled on this by author Joshua J Marine


'Challenges are what make life interesting and overcoming them is what makes life meaningful.'


This past week I have met some amazing people and listened to stories both glowingly fun and heart breakingly sad. The point I'm making is we all go through challenges throughout our lives and in our day to day activities. These challenges are at times easy to overcome, other times they feel impossible but overcoming these challenges mould us into the complex, beautiful individuals we all are :) and maybe they do indeed make our lives meaningful.

Be kind to one another as we never know the challenges one faces and sometimes it's nice to not face those challenges alone.
It could be a simple challenge of waking up in the morning (not that that's a challenge) and not setting several alarms 5 minutes apart starting at 7:30 all the way to 8 o clock or on a more serious note making a huge leap to move to a bigger city in search of more opportunities or quit your job because you pray it will free you to do the things you actually want to do. The list could go on and on beacuse each and every one of us faces challenges no matter how big or small.

Overcoming challenges is personal for each and every one of us and we all do it and we all CAN do it just in our own unique, individual ways and in our own time.
Be patient with one another and help one another :)
