How a lot can happen in one week.

The biggest news was the UK voting to leave the EU. But for me my attention turned to the rise in racial hate crimes in just one week as a result.

I just feel myself screaming 'Are you f***ing kidding me'!!

As a result I've chosen this quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson



'The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be'




Now before I tackle the motivational aspect I chose this quote for the simple reason of it speaks a whole lot of sense. YOU and you alone decide the person you want to be / become. If that's one that is not accepting of others then shame on you I say.
Since I started these Feel Goods all those many weeks ago I really try to drill the fact that I believe we can all achieve our aims and ambitions. I really do.

And yes some people may hear your dreams and laugh and think 'OK whatever you say... Keep dreaming'
But use that as motivation!
You all know the person you want to become
Make it happen and keep heading towards that person.
We all have choices in life along this crazy journey we all embark on and at times we don't know the outcome of these choices but unless we make them we'll never know.

Your destiny is in your hands! Make it count and be the great people you all can be and strive to be the success that you all can and WILL be
