Hi everyone,

As you may have heard, we're having a #ntwGreenWeek being especially conscious of our choices throughout the week and seeing how we can all be a little Greener.

I'd like to do more to support Food banks locally in Cardiff and around Wales so I thought Green Week would be a good place to start, and a good opportunity to learn a little more about how we can all help out.

So this week I wanted to ask that people could bring an item in to the NTW office that's on Cardiff Food Bank's most needed list on these include . . .

Tinned potatoes
UHT Fruit Juice
Pasta'N'Sauce
Noodles / Savory Rice
Tinned Rice pudding
