This great training session is led by Carys Shannon - They usually takes place in Chapter Arts in Cardiff but this is the first one in North Wales - yay! It's FREE, it's in the wonderful MOSTYN gallery in Llandudno and there are 15 places - one of them could be yours!

This is an exploratory and personal workshop on leadership and authenticity led by facilitator Carys Shannon. The day will question and explore our ideas about what makes a good leader and the qualities and values that are important to us. This isn't a 'how to lead' workshop but an invitation to explore leadership from your own personal experience and perspective. There will be a number of activities and exercises that will focus on your own ambitions and future plans as well as looking at the personal and authentic qualities you can offer others. 

Carys Shannon is a qualified and experienced facilitator with a particular interest in authenticity, empathy and active listening. She has previously worked for National Theatre Wales, Volcano Theatre Company, Sherman Cymru, Arts Council of Wales, Vetch Veg, Lucid and StillWalks.  

The event takes place on Saturday 16th August 2014, 11am-4pm at Oriel MOSTYN, Llandudno
