If the answer to any of these questions is ‘yes’ then we need your help!

Inside Out Cymru is committed to continuing to make diversity, equity, and inclusion part of everything we do. We are looking for new volunteer Trustees to help coordinate, develop and oversee their programme of work that takes place across the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board area in Gwent.  Previous board/trustee

experience is not necessary and we welcome applications from all ages and backgrounds.

Established in 2002, Inside Out Cymru works with adults with the aim of promoting mental health and well-being through community arts. Inside Out Cymru’s core programme is currently funded by the Community Fund Lottery (Big Lottery) and covers the County Boroughs of Blaenau Gwent, Torfaen, Monmouth, Newport and Caerphilly. We are looking for Board members to represent these areas.

By becoming a member of our Board of Trustees you will be able to help steer the project forward, learn more about the field of arts and health, and develop practise and connections within this sector.  Travel expenses and training will also be offered.

The deadline for expressions of interest is 12 noon on 16^th June 2022 and we will invite those short-listed to a meeting to meet the other Board members.

Mae Inside Out Cymru wedi ymrwymo i barhau i ymgorffori amrywiaeth, cydraddoldeb a chynwysoldeb ym mhob agwedd ar ein gwaith. Rydym yn chwilio am Ymddiriedolwyr gwirfoddol newydd er mwyn helpu i gydlynu, datblygu a goruchwylio’u rhaglen waith sy’n cael ei chynnal ledled ardal Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Aneurin Bevan yng Ngwent.  Nid yw profiad blaenorol fel aelod o fwrdd/ymddiriedolwr yn hanfodol, ac rydym yn croesawu ceisiadau gan ymgeiswyr o bob oedran a chefndir.

Wedi’i sefydlu yn 2002, mae Inside Out Cymru yn gweithio gydag oedolion, gyda'r nod o hyrwyddo llesiant ac iechyd meddwl drwy'r celfyddydau cymunedol. Mae rhaglen graidd Inside Out ar hyn o bryd wedi’i hariannu gan y Loteri Cronfa Gymunedol (y Loteri Fawr) ac yn cwmpasu Bwrdeistrefi Sirol Blaenau Gwent, Torfaen, Trefynwy, Casnewydd a Chaerffili. Rydym yn chwilio am aelodau Bwrdd i gynrychioli’r ardaloedd hyn.

Drwy ddod yn aelod o’n Bwrdd o Ymddiriedolwyr, byddwch yn helpu i lywio datblygiad y prosiect, dysgu mwy am y maes celfyddydau ac iechyd, a datblygu arfer a chysylltiadau o fewn y sector.  Bydd costau teithio a hyfforddiant hefyd yn cael eu cynnig.
