Mae angen rheolwr profiadol i ymgymryd â gwaith gweithredu, trefnu, rheoli a datblygu Sefydliad y Glowyr, Coed Duon, fel lleoliad adloniant a digwyddiadau llwyddiannus ac i oruchwylio rheoli Tîm Datblygu Celfyddydau y Cyngor, sydd wedi'i leoli yno.

 

Mae hon yn rôl allweddol yn natblygiad y Sefydliad wrth i'r Cyngor fynd ati i gyflawni ei amcanion trawsnewid a masnacheiddio fel y nodir yn y cynllun busnes ar gyfer Sefydliad y Glowyr, Coed Duon. Felly, byddai'r swydd o ddiddordeb arbennig i reolwr sy'n rhannu'r cynlluniau datblygu uchelgeisiol hyn ac a all gyfrannu at agenda fusnes arbennig o heriol, a'i gyrru ymlaen.

An experienced manager is required to undertake the operation, organisation, management and development of Blackwood Miners Institute as both a successful entertainment and events venue and to oversee the management of the Council’s Arts Development Team, based there.

 

This is a key role in the development of the Institute as the Council works to achieve its transformation and commercialisation objectives as set out in the business plan for Blackwood Miners Institute.  Therefore, the post would be of particular interest to a manager who shares these ambitious development plans and can contribute to and drive forward a particularly challenging business agenda.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level, an Arts Management qualification is desirable and will have experience in management in a similar environment.
