The Welsh Circus Village Project Coordiator

NoFit State is the UK’s largest touring contemporary circus company. As a creative strategic response to the challenges faced by the UK circus sector in the light of the global pandemic, NoFit State is acting as host partner for a new sector development programme, The Welsh Circus Village.

The partnership is comprised of companies and circus practitioners from the Welsh Circus and Outdoor Arts sectors collaborating to create, manage and deliver the programme.

Building on the unique environment of tented touring circus, combining creation, training, and living spaces, we will create a Covid-safe bubble for creative practitioners to come together.

The Project Coordinator will work with the programme’s group leaders across the thematic strands of the programme, to ensure the smooth delivery of the Circus Village

This is a fixed term contract running from 24^th May to 20^th September 2021, as follows –

Part-time based on 2 days per week and flexible working from 24^th May – 15^th August, and then full-time 16^th August – 13^th September, plus 3 days evaluation.

Total time equivalent 9 weeks full-time.

Fee £4,500.

Cydlynydd Prosiect y Pentref Syrcas Cymreig

NoFit State yw'r cwmni teithiol syrcas cyfoes fwyaf yn y Deyrnas Unedig.

Ein ffordd o ymateb yn strategol ac yn greadigol i’r heriau sy’n wynebu’r sector  syrcas o ganlyniad y pandemig, yw i gweithredu fel partner sy’n gyfrifol am seilwaith a chymorth gweinyddol trwy ddatblygu prosiect uchelgeisiol sef, Y Pentref Syrcas Cymreig.

Mae’r bartneriaeth yn cynnwys cwmnïau Syrcas wedi ei sefydlu yng Nghymru,  ac ymarferwyr Syrcas llawrydd o’r celfyddydau awyr agored a’r sector Syrcas Cymraeg- ac fe fyddwn yn cydweithio fel bartneriaeth i greu, rheoli a chyflwyno Y Pentref Syrcas.

Byddwn yn adeiladu amgylchedd unigryw syrcas deithiol mewn pabell gyda llefydd i fyw ac aros- I gyfuno gwaith, creu syniadau newydd, hyfforddi a datblygu ein sector drwy adeiladu swigen ddiogel rhag Covid, lle caiff ein ymarferwyr creadigol i ddod ynghyd i chydweithio fel sector- ac i sefydlu rhwydwaith cryf i Syrcas Yng Nghymru.

Bydd Cydlynydd y Prosiect yn cydweithio ag arweinwyr y themâu o’r bartneriaeth llywio er mwyn sicrhau bod y gwaith o gynnal  rhaglen y Pentref Syrcas yn rhedeg yn esmwyth.

Swydd rhan amser, ar sail 2 ddiwrnod yr wythnos a gweithio’n hyblyg o 24 Mai tan 15 Awst, ac yna llawn amser o 16 Awst tan 13 Medi, gyda tri diwrnod o werthuso wedyn.
