Now I am back in Cardiff from our journey around Anglesey island looking for a red dragon.

Working in the studio with the other members of Undergroud Airport, I constantly remember what I have seen, learned, and experienced through our journey.

Everything we saw during the trip was inspiring and made us seek our direction even more.

We felt like all the fragmented bits and pieces have now come together for our story and we were amazed how it did.

The journey was all about looking for a red dragon and its stories.

Through that, we met several people and visited some significant places.

They all made us think what we'd never thought.

It actually started one day before our actual departure when we met Rhisiart in Caerleon where he told us a story from  Mabinogi and his Welsh pride.

He was wearing a costume of Welsh warrior and it amazed us how much he value his own background.

The meeting Rhisiart was definitely a great impact for us and he inspired us to think more about this nation's history.

The next day, we drove up to north to a small village named Cemaes to participate the open surgery by Horizon Nuclear companywhich is planning to build a new nuclear reactor in Wylfa power station.

It took us more than 7 hours to get there but it was all worth it.

We met Amanda and Gadwin from the company. They were really nice and friendly and answered our questions.

What we experienced here was so significant that I can't even throughly express in a word.

That is, difference of assumption, belief and background can prevent us from crossing together just simply because we use a different vocabulary and meanings in words.

Our context around the matter was so different that it just didn't cross each other.

Even though our position towards the matter was very different but it was not that.

The conversation simply did not hold good.  I hope it makes sense...!

This does not mean we can never communicate but it makes it very difficult to understand each other.

In our car on the way to the hotel after the meeting, we talked and talked what this experience meant for us.

How can we ever share something even if we have different backgrounds and beliefs?

How can we try to shake the communication ground to try to understand each other?

And, what do we share in common?

This experience became our basis through the rest of the journey.

( I hope this makes sense... Trying my best to express in English.)

Our journey goes onto the next day. It will be on the next blog.
