We have had a greet weekend.

We were lucky enough to be part of the Garnswllt Activity Centre's Weekend of Art.

We were reading and performing poems and offering workshops and generally having a great time. If you've not ventured to Garnswllt Activity Centre before then I strongly advise you to take a trip to the top of Shilling Hill and pop in. It is amazing. It is based in the Old School House which closed in 2006. Now redesigned, developed and run entirely by volunteers, it is a lovely small welcoming centre where people can experience the arts in all of its forms - great food too!

The final thing that we did was to ask the visitors to give us some ideas, thoughts or words that - for them - summed up the centre. From these ideas, Phil and I forged this poem - Our thanks to everyone at a great Arts Centre.
