Likely Story Theatre company looking for Director/Writter/actor

Cardiff Based theatre company Likely Story are looking for a Director, Writer/Dramaturge and an unconventional Prince Charming to help them devise a new adaptation of The Princess and the Pea. We are planning an innovative production, combining physical theatre, circus and live music.

The show will be aimed at children ages 7+ and the rehearsal period will include development workshops with 7-11 year olds. We have received funding from Arts Council Wales and John Thaw Foundation for an initial research and development period.

The development period will run between 1 September and 25 October for four weeks, final schedule to be confirmed. Rehearsals will take place in Cardiff, development workshops and performances in Cardiff and South Wales, you will need a base in the area. The fee for each role will be based on Equity minimum for 4 weeks, to be finalised according to available funding and in agreement with schedule.
