London Casting for table read of new play about American horror writer H. P. Lovecraft.

Wayne Adrian Drew’s new “play for voices” portrays the human face of New England author Howard Phillips Lovecraft, from birth to death. Via a kaleidoscope of dramatised scenes, period music, and extracts from his work, we are presented with a compelling portrait
of this supremely talented master of macabre fiction ‘warts and all’ that does not shy away from either his decidedly problematic societal beliefs or complex and damaged personality. Novelist Stephen King regarded Lovecraft as " The 20th Century's greatest practitioner of the classic horror tale" and an illustrated  large format limited hardback edition of this new play will be published next month with over 30 full page illustrations by the author and Sylvia Starshine.  For further information about casting for the table read   (easy access to Greenwich in London is preferable at that stage) or the forthcoming publication, please contact ustwo1000@gmail.com
