I am Rachel Pedley-Miller, in 2015 I have written Killer Cells an auto biographical play about optimism and resilience, I am excited to work with 3 Crate (including Director Peter Scott,actresses Emma MacNab and Hannah Lloyd film maker Ben Baxter) on the R&D thanks to the Arts Council Wales. Gaining confidence in my writing from scratch nights at Equity Meetings organised by Caron Reidy and through the fantastic writing workshops at the Sherman Theatre organised by Gethin with Nina for Savoy Theatre London.

I have started working with wonderful creatives in Wales after moving back home in January, Including John NTW in Mother Courage and the Merthyr Ladies. Shane Anderson who I worked with on City Road after meeting him at TEAM work out. I hope to work with him on City Road and new writing projects in 2016. Nurture Dance Company on 'The Audition' by Angharad Matthews for Wales Dance Platform and various performances at the Gate including a R&D performance of the Magic Finger.l for journeys platform organised by Ellie. Performing at Cardiff made for Clear Cur organised by Sarah V Jones, meeting Jon DK and the gang at Hijinx odyssey and hope to see more of you all in 2016,

I have also been working with Danny Grehan setting up Avant, we have a theatre school and production company and will be producing Killer Cells, Love Labours Won and The Twits in 2016. Our students performed a variation of Peter Pan in December and we (and the full house) were proud of their achievements. We are excited to be working with the Savoy Theatre Tonyrefail, a newly renovated theatre converted from an old cinema by Dan and Hayley. can't wait to be producing professional work in this exciting new theatre venue.

I gained a new agent Richard at Andrea Casting and have enjoyed having a Welsh based agent to get involved in Welsh theatre and TV productions.

I have worked as an evaluator on TEAM projects and thanks to Gerri I look forward to using my newly gained evaluation skills at TEAM panel.

I have enjoyed watching and participating in amazing Welsh Theatre and really excited to be getting involved in TEAM panel 2016, so much more to achieve, there is so much happening in Wales and the energy here is to be celebrated. Happy New Year everyone who I have met in my first year back in Wales, you are inspiring and energising, I hope that 2016 is productive for you, I have seen first hand how hard Devinda and Laura work and can't wait to be part of ntwTEAM.
