CALL FOR MALE PARTICIPANTS / INTERGENERATIONAL PROJECT

Dawns i Bawb, in partnership with LLAWN Festival (curated by Marc Rees), will be running an intergenerational event with renowned choreographer Cecilia MacFarlane ( co-choreographer on the original and cult classic The Wicker Man ).

Cecilia has worked internationally and delivered amazing projects involving people of all ages.
She is critically acclaimed among the dance sector for her unique way of working with several generations.

For this occasion we are looking for male participants, a father and a son, or 2 people of different generation who have a special relationship, they could be cousins or someone who is emblematic for them.
Age group is 4 years old +, and any combination within this.
We will working on the themes of sheds , shelters and dens and together the group will be making a transportable structure which will be moved around Llandudno as the group perform in various locations .
The performance is called Dros Dro which is Welsh for temprary

Rehearsals are in Llandudno ( venue TBC) on:
Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th September, 10am-4pm
Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th September, 10am-4pm
Performances
Saturday 19 and Sunday 20th September
