NEW WRITER’S AWARD 2011

£1500 Bursary for emerging writer available now!

As part of an international theatre for young people project Emergency Exit Arts (EEA) is offering to support an emerging writer aged 16 – 30 with a bursary of £1500 to develop a new 30 minute piece of outdoor performance to be premiered in 2012. The new work will be produced by EEA in 2011 to perform in 2012 as part of the Olympics Cultural Festival. The winning writer will be announced to the public on 31 May as part of an evening where EEA and Greenwich Theatre will be presenting Beginning, a co production between EEA, Oulu City Theatre Finland and Teatro O Bando Portugal.
