Bristol Live Open Platform (BLOP) returns in February 2012 to sweep away those winter blues and hurl us forward into a maelstrom of performance, live art, installations, actions and one off encounters. The call out is now open for artists wishing to propose a work to show at the platform which will be hosted at Arnolfini on 25 Feb 2012. Last time Blop presented over 40 works across 2 days with 9 works going on to be selected for inclusion in the Inbetween Time Festival 2010. 

BLOP will showcase live art practices from new and established UK-based practitioners. Arnolfini, Theatre Bristol and Inbetween Time Productions, Bristol's three main producers of live art and interdisciplinary performance, are once again looking for new experimental work that inspires and provokes.

Work from previous platforms has gone on to be developed by Arnolfini, IBTP and other national programmes. This year Inbetween Time Productions will seek to present a minimum of two pieces platformed at BLOP for Inbetween Time Festival 2013.
