Sometimes the files don't have the acronym added after the name.

Example: photo1   when it should be   photo1.jpg in case it is a jpg

If you don't have the acronym on the file, you should find which format the picture is GIF, JPG or PNG and add this acronyms manually to the name after a point.  

It sounds silly but some networks and windows will not recognise the file and open it if the acronym it is not added.

if they're in kb they're smaller than 1MB (1000kb in 1MB)

Thanks  Matt, but cannot find one at moment, they all in kb .....and I dont know how many mb in a kb or vice versa  Aghhhh !!   I may have to remain faceless on here..... if anyone curious, check me out on facebook or Money Matters magazine !! LOL

they need to be GIF, JPG or PNG max size 10mb.
