Re-imagining Green Spaces; Recife Playable city week 1

Hi All,

I've spent the last couple of days in Watershed, Bristol with a group of Producers, Artists and Technologists from the UK and from Recife, in Brazil.

We've been talking about the idea of playable cities, what it means to live in one, and what it means to create one.

I've written a blog with some thoughts about re-imagining cities as green spaces for play which you can find over on the Watershed Recife website, if you wanted to head over there and give it a read. You can also check out the other people taking part in the project, and read some of their blogs about what they've been up to.

In the mean time, I'd love to hear about playful interactions that you've done in the places that you live- maybe it was a really great immersive theatre experience, or maybe it was some graffiti that made you smile. Whatever it was, pop it below and tell me all about it!

We'll be doing a sharing of the work we've been doing at Watershed next friday, so if you're interested, and can make it to Bristol, then do head over there for 12pm, to check out the project and meet some of the people involved. You can also follow all the action at #playablecity on twitter.

More soon-
