All of the sounds were recorded at the Cardiff Cycle Workshop in Ely and the album was put together back in my home in Roath.

It tells the story of the workshop itself and of the people working within it to encourage people not only to get on their bikes but to build their bikes from parts of old disused ones. They're a great bunch of people and soon there will be a promo film from MakeMoreFilms to go with this E.P.
