Response Time: Journeys / Amser Ymateb: Teithiau‏

Scriptography Productions will be hosting the next 48 hour challenge to multi-disciplinary, cross-artform performance makers to respond to art, space and environment at the Gas Gallery, Park Avenue, Aberystwyth 14th - 16th March

The project has already produced an eclectic range of work from new short plays, storytelling, installation art, movement, dance, audio, music, performance art and poetry. This is set to be the most exciting response project yet responding to the work of Sculpture Cymru Journeys: Response to Place and Barbara Matthews http://celfceredigionart.org/exhibitions/current-exhibitions/

As always we are looking for participants who wish to be involved in any way - as writers, actors, collaborators, creators, makers, instigators, directors or a combination of all or any of those. The pieces vary from performance art  to short narrative plays. You can work alone or collaborate with others. There is no restriction on style, theme, genre - this is a space to create and play.

The work produced during the weekend will be shared with audiences on Sunday 16th March for two performances at 6PM and 8PM. Tickets £5 (£3).

The challenges offer the opportunity to gain experience developing work for performance to the public and also offers the exciting and unique opportunity to collaborate across disciplines and art-forms. We work to provide a safe, supportive and fun environment for everyone involved.
