Creative Skillset is providing funding for four emerging UK producers to attendRotterdam Lab, which will take place from 25-29 January 2014, during Rotterdam International Film Festival. 

Approximately 75 emerging producers from all over the world will be invited to take part in a five-day training programme, designed to build up their international network and gain experience at an international festival and market. Selected applicants will also have the opportunity to attend sessions with key members of the international industry to talk about their projects and finance possibilities.

CineMart, the co-production market of the International Film Festival Rotterdam, has been organising the Rotterdam Lab for over a decade. The participants of the Rotterdam Lab are nominated through partnering organisations, and Creative Skillset is funding four places for UK producers in January 2014.

Places funded by Creative Skillset include:

• A round-trip economy class flight ticket
• Five nights of hotel accommodation
• CineMart accreditation, which entitles the participant to attend all screenings and major events
• A five-day Rotterdam Lab programme summary
