Current state of the theatre – uncertain fate of theatres such as Ponty Muni Caerffili Workingmens Hall – need for support from NTW and others

Employing experts from outside of limited use when the need is for increasing support from the grass roots otherwise when the bricks and mortar theatres are all turned into carparks there will be nowhere for theatre to develop except Cardiff.

As it usually rains in Wales could the NTW support the smaller local theatres in Wales when the weather is inclement instead of performances outside?
