STAGE DESIGNER / SCENOGRAPHER WANTED for 'Les Miserables' by August 012


August 012 are seeking a designer for Les Miserables by Victor Hugo, directed by Mathilde Lopez.

August 012 will stage the nineteen chapters dedicated to the battle of Waterloo in Les Miserables and embrace the complexity and absurdity of the bitter British victory whose outcome shocked the victorious and the vanquished, sending Europe into a turmoil.

In parallel with Brexit.

We will be working with dancers and actors.

Interviewees may wish to familiarise themselves with the 19 chapters from Les Miserables by Victor Hugo as referenced above.

Rehearsals: 11th-22nd March in Cardiff and Newport

Tech: 25th & 26th March at Chapter Theatre
Run: 27th March-30th March 2019 at Chapter Theatre
