A Monster Christmas Adventure -  Stage Manager

Likely story are looking for a Stage Manger to support the production of A Monster Christmas Adventure', a scary new fairy tale for a family audience touring to rural and community venues and ending with a short run at Chapter, supported by the Arts Council of Wales and the John Thaw Foundation.

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and versatile Stage Manager who can rig and operate basic sound and light systems, comfortably drive a crew van, manage get in and get outs and take care of our set, costumes and props.  You will have professional experience of touring to small scale rural and community venues, be unflappable and have excellent communication skills.  Confident, with a ‘can do’ attitude and a practical outlook you’ll enjoy being part of a friendly team.

Ideally you will have a base in Cardiff / South Wales, Accommodation will be provided for tour dates outside of Cardiff.  Assistance in finding Cardiff based accommodation is available if needed.

Dates: 

Rehearsal week 19 November – 24 November

Performances – Monday 26^th November – Monday 31^st January, excluding 23^rd – 26^th December.  There will be up to six performances a week during the tour.

Fee : £2,100.  This is a freelance contract for services, you will be responsible for your own Tax and National Insurance contributions.
