Summer Camp 14' creation 'The Most Beautiful Girl in the World'

Take part in an all female skinny dip Sep 2014. visit for more information.

I'm a theatre maker and artists and I'v started an investigation into woman's relationship to their body and what does 'being beautiful' mean to people.

I was fortunate to be one of the Summer Campers this year and had the time and space to start talking to people and investigating creatively what this topic means for me. Inspired by the Jetty at the fort I wanted to capture mermaids playing in the water. There is something about how Water supports the body and in water we forget about what the body looks like and we use the body to move us through the water and play. The water supports us. After a brilliant conversation about my investigation, with the talented writer Catrin Clarke, she wrote me this beautiful piece of writing.
