Part two of the BBC's documentary on The Passion was broadcast last night (Passion in Port Talbot: It Has Begun...), examining the production itself, one episode at a time.

Catch it on iplayer now if you didn't see it on tv - whether you were there when it happened, or didn't make it to Port Talbot for the show, it's a fascinating and very moving documentary.

The interview with audience members as the show develops are particularly touching, and Twitter was alive last night with people spotting themselves and their friends in the crowd.

Also on the weekend, Bethan Elfyn interviewed cast member Rhys Matthews on her show on BBC Radio Wales on Saturday (go to 1hr 55min). Such a pleasure to hear him talking about the experience of playing The Teacher's brother, and of returning to his hometown to perform as "one of the Port Talbot boys".

Catrin, hi

The counterpoint in the editing between the performance & audience was what made it. It's going to slip off the i-player soon- I think part one has done so already- so here is one view of it.
