A two day deep dive into working with groups and teams, to renew skills, refine your style and to learn alongside fellow experienced trainers, facilitators, coaches, teachers, moderators, mediators.

  • Expect to challenge habits, discover strengths, reveal blind spots, experiment with creative alternatives.
  • Let go, to make space to learn afresh.

The Refinery was originally designed in response to a perceived gap in opportunities available for experienced practitioners to hone and advance existing practice.
