Phil and all. If you want to make link straight through to youtube and embed the video in your blog, just use the little symbol at the top of the box you are typing in that looks like two joined circles (it's meant to be a link of a chain!). Highlight the words you want to use for the link, then open the chain symbol, and that will allow you to past in the address into a link box which then links right through from your chosen word eg Phil's link

It really is very touching.
