Women in Pregnancy is a pilot project exploring the impact of pregnancy on a woman's creativity through very gentle Creative Movement techniques.

Join us for a unique creative journey of your pregnancy

How you can get involved?

• If you are a professional dancer and/or are pregnant you can take part in the pilot project by attending the developmental workshops. We hope to be able to pay professional dancers taking part on the basis that you will then deliver workshops with pregnant women in the next phase of the project.
• The pilot project will be documented on the wordpress blog site we have set up. We will be posting material from the workshops throughout March and April. This will include video clips, interviews, photographs and other material people participating in the project feel is relevant. If you are interested in the project but unable or prefer not to take part in the workshops you can contribute to the blog by following the process and adding your comments.
The address of the blog is : http://womeninpregnancy.wordpress.com/ please sign up and join us on our creative journey. The blog is being developed and is not finished at the moment so please be kind! It will be ready for the start of the workshop process.
• Become part of the Professional Reference Group and come along to the end of project presentation where we will talk about the workshop process, present film clips and show short pieces of choreographed movement. We will explore where we would like to take the project based on the outcome of the pilot.
