I write, direct and work in the technical department.
A little more about me:
I’m 19, and have been working on devised, immersive and traditional productions over the last 10 years, with peer run companies, at fringe events, for The National Youth Theatre and the National Theatre.
I’m excited by theatre that explores social justice and contemporary issues, in ways that engage new performers, and reach new audiences. I believe theatre has the potential to instil confidence in all of its participants so that they can think and question and be allowed to discuss issues that might otherwise seem too challenging or too distant.

Projects I’m working on:
I’ve spent the last 6 months in Malawi working in rural primary school where I taught a class of 60 children. Most excitingly I wrote and directed their first ever play, which we performed outside for the whole village. It was wonderful to see their inquisitiveness grow as they were encouraged to imagine, question and experiment for the first time.
I am now off to Cambridge University to study philosophy. Theatre is my passion and I will continue to create productions while I study.
