PAD Productions are offering 2 days of intensive workshops aimed at female performers/artists who are interested in creating material that explores the subject of relational abuse and surviving abuse.  The sessions will focus on different methods and techniques for safely exploring experiences of abuse/past trauma and how these can be harnessed in a creatively meaningful and emotionally authentic way.

The sessions will focus on different methods and techniques for safely exploring or bypassing these areas. These will include looking at non-verbal expression, non-emotional-memory response triggers and education about self-care when dealing with these issues.

Due to the sensitive nature of the workshops, this will be a female-only environment, with full support from BADTh (British Association of Dramatherapists) members in the sessions and follow-up links with associated charities.

The workshops with be fully accessible to d/Deaf or disabled participants.

29th & 30th October 2016, in Cardiff (Exact venue TBC)

Cost is £30 for both days.
