Creative Assistant Opportunity! 

We are looking for a Creative Assistant to work with NTW TEAM on an exciting collaborative project with Pembrokeshire Learning Centre, an alternative education provider in Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire.

Working with pupils and staff over two terms, from February to June, usually on a Monday or Tuesday, the chosen candidate will be required to assist the Lead Creative on the development of an album of original music to be composed and recorded by learners, and launched in an event organised, curated and promoted by the pupils themselves, with a series of performances inspired by the album . This piece is to be pupil-led and as such, the final album may cover a number of different musical genres.

This is a post for a musician who has experience of working with young people, as the Creative Assistant will be expected to lead on delivery of music workshops.  Experience of digital documentation would be an advantage. 

The fee is £2K for 20 days. The project will run from February to June 2018 and we expect this role to be the equivalent of one day a week at £100 a day. Nearing the completion of the project these hours may increase, so flexibility is essential. Deadline for applications is Monday 22nd January.
