This autumn Canoe Theatre and Theatrau Sir Gâr will present a new touring Dementia Friendly production of This Incredible Life by Alan Harris and we need your help.
To make the production more relevant to local audiences, the play will be rewritten to include local references to spark memories and recognition.
That’s where you come in!
We’re touring to Llanelli, Merthyr, Aberystwyth, Abertillery, Cardiff, Conwy, Bangor and Blackwood and we’re looking for the following local tips:
We’re also looking for local photographs from the 1950s, ‘60s and ‘70s to display at venues as a way to enhance the world of the play.
Can you help? Get in touch – you can comment on our blog (below), email us or contact us on Twitter or Facebook. We can’t wait to hear from you!
Mab has spent her life telling stories.
Incredible stories.
She was a jet-setting journalist, putting people’s lives into print.
As a young boy, her nephew Robert, hung on her every word.
He doesn’t listen anymore.
In a time when fake news has made it into the vernacular, and the line between fact and fiction becomes blurred, does truth really matter?
Let Alan Harris’ latest comedy sweep you off your feet with live music, film and a story that will lift the spirits and warm your heart, MGM style.
