Job - Theatre and Arts Service Manager (Maternity Cover)

 

Caerphilly County Borough Council's Arts Service is a vibrant and ambitious service that consists of the Arts Development Team and the county's principle arts venue, Blackwood Miners' Institute.  The service strives to be all inclusive and offer new opportunities to the residents and visitors to Caerphilly Borough within the arts. 

 

CCBC is looking for a dynamic person with strong leadership skills to fill the role of Theatre and Arts Service Manager during a maternity absence.  The post is fixed term until 28/02/2020.  The successful candidate must be somebody who will lead the Arts Service, ensuring a high quality service, and effective function, promotion and operation.  They must have a good eye for detail, and strong project management skills, as well as a passion for the arts and the ability to inspire that passion in others.
