Blackwood Miners' Institute is looking for a creative and efficient Deputy Theatre Manager to lead the day to day operations of the building and its facilities.  The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of health and safety legislation within the arts, and proven facilities management experience.  The Deputy Theatre Manager will also be required to manage the catering strand of the business, manage the Front of House team, as well as overseeing events hires within the building.  The position requires somebody who is organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
